Allow access or not: allow this CPE access into the coaxial network or not.
Server configuration or not: whether the CPE configuration is picked from NC CPE data base. We suggest you set it as server configuration.
Tx Power
Auto control power: "on": RF auto power control is on; off: RF auto power control is off. Now you should set a power by hand.
Maximum transmitting power: when auto power control is on, this value is the maximum value, when auto power control is off, this value is set by hand.
Target Phy bitrate: When auto power control is on, device will try different power until detected PHY highest speed rate reaches this set value. When auto power control is off, this value is invalid.
PHY Margin: Value range is 0-12, make the value multiple of 0.5, such as 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 etc. Device detects dynamically each RF frequency channel to make every node reach best speed rate. Once it detects a channel, device calculates automatically the SNR and supportable highest speed rate of this channel. After that, device communicates with other nodes to detect supportable speed rate. The method of detecting channel is comparing detected SNR with corresponding SNR of prescient speed rate. Device could add a margin automatically for the detected SNR in order to adapt its measurement, temperature, channel conditions' changes. The relation of PHY margin parameter and decibel is dB = margin/2-3, the default margin is 8, that is 8/2-3=1dB.
PHY Margin Bitmask: This parameter sets the upper limit of modulation density. Value meanings are: 0—testing mode, 1—BPSK,3—QPSK7—8QAM15--16QAM31--32QAM63--64QAM127--128QAM255--256QAM. Default value is 127, that is 128QAM.
Memo: producer ID. MAC Numbers Control: when its on, CEP allows only specific quantity users accessing. For instance, if you set the quantity as 1, only the first user who sends upward data package could be accessed, and the other cannot. If you want to access another device, wait until the aging time of the MAC address is over. Bandwidth: Limit CPE bandwidth. You can limit the bandwidth by different services such as 802.1Q identification, IPTOS, NC identification data packages.
CPE VLAN TAG: Add VLAN TAG to CPE uplink data packages.
Delete tag in downlink: not for individually configuration but for all CPE (NC management->VLAN ID).
Add tag in uplink: whether add 802.1Q identification for all uplink packages of this CPE. You could also setup the contents of 802.1Q.
Multi-port VLAN TAG: config multiport CPE port VLAN. If the CPE is multi-port, then it goes into effect; it the CPE is a single port CPE, then it 's passed.
VLAN ID: It decides which VLAN ID this port is divided into. means no VLAN divide, at that time the ports amounts to a common switchboard. All VLAN packages could pass.
